Please note that for health and safety reasons, certain intimate items cannot be returned if the seal is broken or the hygiene strip is removed.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and hygiene stickers remain in place.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
